• Hoist Performance:  6.0 feet per minute block speed at 15 GPM per side 12.5 feet per minute block speed at 25 GPM per side.
  
  
• Winch is hydraulically driven through a planetary drive, and incorporates a spring-set, hydraulically released brake with a 3 to 1 Safety factor at rated load, and a modulating brake valve for smooth control while lowering.  Winch is nested inside hoist frame for protection.
  
  
• Frame and mechanical components (other than winch) have a nominal safety Factor of 3.0 to rated load (1.8 Load Factor with AISC Safety Factors), which is in accordance with API Spec 8A for Hoisting Equipment of this capacity.

• Four-part wire line to hoist block with nominal safety Factor of 4.0. Reeving arrangement designed to minimize winch and sheave fleet angles.  All sheaves equipped with line guards.  Hoist block interface to BOP Stack lift means is through a 25 ton Crosby G209 shackle provided by T&T.
  
  
• Trolley wheels and sheaves utilize double-row, tapered roller bearings with seals.  Trolleys are adjustable to fit standard S beams with flange widths of 5" through 9".
